On Wednesday 11th March, Miss O’Gara, Mrs Roland and 11 of our Youth Travel Ambassadors went to Manchester to present their pitch to Transport for Greater Manchester, which focused on how they can encourage more females to cycle.

– Confident and passionate pitch
– Great delivery
– Like how they linked their work back to the benefits of active travel
– Answered the question extremely well
– Good voice projection. Everyone spoke clearly
The team won the money which they were bidding for as well as some extra as the judges were so impressed.
The students pitched their ideas extremely well and the school are so PROUD of their achievements.
