School Communications
To ensure you receive all important updates, notifications, and communications from our school and associated services, we kindly ask you to add the following email addresses to your safe senders list.
Schools rely on digital communication for essential information such as trip updates, payment reminders, student progress reports, timetable changes, and learning resources. However, some email providers may mistakenly mark these messages as spam or junk, causing you to miss vital updates.
By adding these addresses to your safe senders list, you can be sure that messages from our school and trusted partners will always reach your inbox:

Gmail
Gmail does not have a traditional “Safe Senders” list, but you can create a filter to ensure emails from a specific sender never go to spam.
- Open Gmail and click on the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner.
- Select See all settings.
- Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
- Click Create a new filter.
- In the “From” field, enter the email address you want to whitelist.
- Click Create filter.
- Check the box for Never send it to Spam and click Create filter again.
Outlook (Hotmail, Live, Office 365)
- Open Outlook.com and click on the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner.
- Select View all Outlook settings.
- Go to Mail > Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
- Enter the email address or domain (e.g., @example.com).
- Click Save.
Yahoo Mail
- Open Yahoo Mail and click on the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner.
- Select More Settings.
- Click Filters on the left menu.
- Click Add new filters.
- Give the filter a name, then under From, enter the email address you want to whitelist.
- Under Move to folder, select Inbox.
- Click Save.
iCloud Mail
- Open iCloud Mail (iCloud.com) and log in.
- Click the gear icon (⚙️) at the bottom-left.
- Select Rules.
- Click Add a Rule.
- In “If a message is from”, enter the email address.
- In “Then”, choose Move to Inbox.
- Click Done.
AOL Mail
- Open AOL Mail and click on Options in the top-right corner.
- Select Mail Settings.
- Click Spam Settings.
- Under Safe senders, click + Add.
- Enter the email address and click Save.
